How long will it take to receive my order?
Our stockists are located all around Australia. Parcels are usually on the way within 2-3 days of order and payment. Delivery time will vary depending on the location of both the seller and purchaser.

What is the cost for shipping?
Shipping costs are included with every product listing. This will vary depending on the stockist, the type of item purchased and type of shipping offered. Purchase of products from multiple stockists will incur a separate charge for shipping from each stockist. If more than one item is purchased from a stockist, you may be able to combine postage. If applicable, you will receive a refund for any overpayment directly from the stockist via paypal.

Do you offer International shipping?
Shipping costs are included with every product listing and cover shipping within Australia only. Some stockists may offer shipping to other countries - please contact the stockist directly to enquire about international shipping. Contact details for each stockist are included in each product listing.

How long will it take for the product I have ordered to be ready to post?
Products are made and ready to post unless the item description states custom or made to order. Such products will have the estimated delivery time included in the product listing.

Can I request a custom order from a stockist?

Can I buy with my credit card without signing up for Paypal?
Yes, you can! When making a purchase, simply select PayPal Credit as your payment method. This will lead you to PayPal's site where you can choose to pay with your credit card.

Can I pick up my order from you?
Our stockists are located all around Australia. In some cases pickup can be arranged. If you would like to pick up your order please contact the stockist directly to make arrangements. Contact details for each stockist are included in each product listing.

What time does the Collective open for shopping?
Item previews will be listed for viewing 2-3 days before our Collective opening date. Shopping will open and items will go live for purchase at 8pm AEST or AEDT on the specified date for each Collective.
